I can even picture it as you write about it. I suspect your ER or equivalent has many hours of down time followed by short periods of let's say significant stress. That being said it clearly sounds as if your team does very well and have members that have been around the block a few times.<br /><br />In my travels I have found quite often the care and the quality of the care at smaller facilities is as good if not better than larger hospitals.<br /><br />Oh and good luck with health care reform.Mikehttp://nursingimpact.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.com
