The longer I am away from it, the more clear it becomes that I was drowning in shark infested waters. In a lightning storm. While trying to pull others to safety. As management was yelling at me to do better. While eating my pizza. And throwing rocks.
I don't miss it.

I am glad you are back posting! I've missed reading your blog. I started reading years ago (before I even became a paramedic) when I was an EMT working full time on a medic and also working as an ED tech. Now I have been an ER RN for 2 years.. I understand you all the better now. :)
